To some people, finding out you had to have counseling in order to be cleared to enter Heaven might indicate you had gone in the other direction. Holly Evans is not adjusting to her death well; she has a lot of loose ends on Earth, chief among them being the fact that people are under the mistaken impression that she killed herself when she did not. To help her move up to Level 2, and eventually to Level 3 where her loved ones are, she will have to return to Earth by occupying someone else's body for two days while she works through her issues. That would be cool if she wasn't going to be inhabiting a guy, Vince Murphy, who was supposed to have vacated the premises, but wasn't dead, had just fainted. Now, while sharing space in a borrowed body, she has two days to resolve her issues and find out how she really died. It's no where near as easy as it might sound, and it does not sound easy at all. The worst part is, she is finding out that Vince was someone she should not have ignored in life, and now it's too late. If you enjoyed Heaven Can Wait, Here Comes Mr. Jordan, Just Like Heaven, or All of Me, this is a must read. Holly and Vince make for one of the most unusual couples ever, but they make it work in a funny, snappy, and sweet way. |
