This is a well-written horror romance with moments of erotica – an odd combination in anyone's opinion! The story is one of a lonely spinster who finds she has caught the eye (and the heart) of a mysterious and handsome stranger. Almost immediately other women in the town start to be murdered in a rather unusual manner.

The story has moments of demonology, witchcraft and emotional manipulation and moves along at a reasonable pace towards a surprising conclusion.

This book is not for anyone easily offended by fairly graphic sex-scenes but I thoroughly enjoyed it!
