Synopsis
With THE GOLD OF ATTILA, the Rhine Lord series reaches its stunning climax. Despite an apparent final victory, the Roman officer Flavius finds that his shadow war with unseen foes must continue. The Chief Mage is still alive, still spreading the chaos that threatens to tear the Roman Empire apart.
