Ismail Ersevim, a Psychiatrist for over 50 years, has lived through many of the world's disasters and has witnessed the rise and fall of human hopes and aspirations. He believes that humans are responsible for the shape of the world to come and values the importance of sincerity, integrity and commitment to each other through love and understanding, which is evident in his writing. He wrote AC2084 shortly after the Indonesian Tsunami, which was his main inspiration for the slight change in the tilt of the world's axis in the book. For this reason, Ersevim will donate the royalties he receives from the second edition to those effected by the disaster.
