I've recently read Hicks and Horns' work, and been stricken with a desire to read more of their deviant craft and embrace their darkness; becoming their loyal follower. Reading this collection, I am not shocked that these two authors have such a devoted following. Their work is completely fear-provoking and riding on possibilities that lie between reality and fantasy. Creating believable to the unbelievably. These prophetic grisly tales will send you into shivers. You get service with a gore-soaked smile at the "Showdown at the One Way Café" where evil stares its victims in the face through the hungry eyes of Dr. Stiletto. You are also given menacing envelopes with messages that will send you into a blood-curdling fear in "Deadly Crescendo".

While petrified Toni is forced to eat she sees the evil black eyes and blood coming for her, could it be the legend of the "Bog Men" coming back for more while a little old woman reminisces?
