Mike Segretto has been carving out a niche for himself as a master of the bizarre ever since Contemporary Press published his first novel Dead Dog in 2003. Segretto followed his trailer-trash noir debut with a loose sequel in 2004. How to Smash Everyone to Pieces proved to be even darker, funnier, and more demented than its predecessor.

Segretto continues to produce work at a manic speed, having his 'We All Scream For Ice Cream' included in a short story anthology titled Danger City early in 2005 while completing his third novel The Bride of Trash, released the following December. He is currently working on his fourth novel. Mike Segretto lives in Brooklyn, New York.
