Missy has been out on two Fantasy Fix's, neither of which turned out quite as her meddling group of friends planned, not that they know it or Missy would ever tell them and she just can't believe she's let them talk her into a third one. But here she is, at Regina's post wedding engagement party dressed in a dress that's too tight, too short, and too low cut, what's a girl to do but cut and run. Unfortunately in her escape attempt, she runs right into the very man of her deepest fantasies, a man who doesn't even know she exists. Graham just can't get excited about any of the gorgeous women at Regina and Dmitri's party and has been celibate for 13 whole days, a very long time for a werewolf as lusty as he is, but none of his women satisfy some deep need. When Missy runs smack into him in her escape attempt, he doesn't recognize her, but that doesn't keep something in him from responding in a very positive way and he can't quite believe it when she runs from him too. What's a guy to do, she's the first women he's ever responded to in this way and he's not about to let her get away. Cornering her in the gardens, Missy panics and wrapping herself around him seems like it may be the only way to avoid her meddling girlfriends, but teasing a horny werewolf may not be the very best idea, even if he is your deepest desire. Graham can't get her out of his mind but she has a deep stubborn streak to that sweet, quiet personality of hers. How is he going to convince her that she is indeed his mate and not just a very hot one night stand. And how is he going to protect her from the threat to his leadership of the Silverback clan. Fur Factor is filled with some very funny bits of dialogue as well as some very hot, very sizzling sex scenes. This second book in the Fixed series continues the tradition of the first book, Fantasy Fix, with great characters, and even hotter interaction between characters as well as adding greater depth to the world peopled by Ms Warrens characters. An excellent addition to a wonderful series. |
