They are looking for erotica and their guidelines page suggests time travel, science fiction and paranormal erotica are high on their list. Open Space: New Canadian Fantastic Fiction (published by Bakka Books / Red Deer Press). Weber is in the process of selecting short stories for a new horror anthology with a tentative release date of the summer of 2003. Royalty will be paid as your percentage of entire anthology.
