A good competently written book, although not likely to feature in anyone's top ten. This book has a group of Welsh druids going to Sunnydale to perform an ancient ritual to end evil. Add to this some vampires and the like plus an attraction between one of the younger Druids and Buffy and we have the book. A good way of coming down after something weighty, don't expect anything major and you'll get an enjoyable read.

So, if vampires, demons and a little lycanthropy weren't enough, now the Druids come to Sunnyvale. OK, it is a good light read and the druidic moments make a pleasant change but I have to say, it didn't fill me with an urge to pick up the next Buffy novel (although I probably will at some point when I need to recover from a suitably heavy trilogy or something). Good fun but if you never get the chance to read it I certainly wouldn't lose sleep over it!
