This is not a bad read by any means. It has a reasonable story, the characters are reminiscent of their TV versions, and the writing style is certainly readable. The only thing I found with it though is that it was very ordinary. The plot is nothing special, okay this is not too much of a surprise in a TV tie-in novel, but an author like Melanie Rawn is capable of so much more than this.
