Synopsis
Ambushed in the middle of a savage civil war, forcibly removed from their ship, imprisoned and brutalised by their captors, the crew of the USS Enterprise have still greater dangers to face. Subtle biochemical differences in the universe in which they find themselves make long-term survival impossible. They must escape or die.
